About the Studio
A design-driven studio with an engineer's backbone
ARTA+ Studio is a Dubai-based architecture and interior design practice founded by Mohammad and Mahsa Rostamnamadi. We deliver knowledge-based, high-end design solutions for residential and commercial projects — from the first concept sketch to final execution on site.
Our story
The studio grew from two complementary paths: architectural engineering and execution on one side, interior design and visualization on the other. Working together on projects across the Gulf, we saw the same gap again and again — beautiful concepts that lost their quality between the render and the site.
ARTA+ was founded to close that gap. We keep design, drafting, visualization and execution support inside one studio, so intent survives every stage. Today we serve architecture firms, independent architects and private clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, the UK, the USA and beyond.

Design philosophy
We believe refinement comes from restraint and precision, not decoration. Proportion, light and honest materials do the work; every line we draw must be buildable, and every material we specify must age well in this climate.
Luxury, for us, is a space that works quietly and beautifully for decades — not a photograph that impresses for a day.

Behind every board and render sits research: climate and shading studies, material behavior, local codes and construction methods. This is what lets our drawings move to site without surprises, and what makes us a dependable partner for other design firms.

We are structured for remote and hybrid work: clear documentation standards, weekly reviews and coordinated drawing packages that any competent contractor — in Dubai, Riyadh or London — can price and build from.
